Dear Creditors,
We hereby wish to inform you that, following the outcome of the negotiated settlement procedure, on December 19, 2025, the undersigned Cooperative filed a request with the Court of Ravenna for approval of a simplified composition proposal pursuant to Articles 25-sexies et seq. of Legislative Decree No. 14/2019, also requesting the granting of protective measures on its assets (the latter request was published in the register of companies on December 22, 2025).
As a result of the filing of the aforementioned requests:

• it is not possible for the Cooperative to proceed with the payment of debts arising prior to December 19, 2025, given that such liabilities must be satisfied in the manner and within the terms provided for in the simplified composition proposal, following its hoped-for approval by the Court of Ravenna;
• creditors with claims or causes of action prior to December 19, 2025, may not, under penalty of nullity, initiate or continue enforcement or precautionary actions against the assets of the undersigned.
  We are awaiting the decisions of the Court of Ravenna, which will be communicated to creditors in the manner determined by the Court.
