Dear Creditors,

following the conclusion of the negotiated settlement procedure, the undersigned C.M.C. di Ravenna Soc. Coop. in liquidation (“CMC”) filed, on December 19, 2025, with the Court of Ravenna, a motion for approval of a simplified composition proposal pursuant to Articles 25-sexies et seq. of the Crisis Code, and also requested the granting of protective measures regarding its assets.

The Court of Ravenna has declared the opening of the proceedings and appointed Prof. Dr. Luca Mandrioli as the auxiliary of the Court.

In accordance with the provisions of the Court of Ravenna’s order dated June 4, 2026, the following documents are hereby published, in addition to this notice:

• the petition for approval of the simplified composition proposal dated December 19, 2025, filed by CMC with the Court of Ravenna;
• the final report by the expert, Dr. Stefania Chiaruttini;
• the expert opinion of Dr. Stefania Chiaruttini on the likely results of liquidation;
• the opinion of the auxiliary of the Court, Prof. Dr. Luca Mandrioli;
• the list of CMC’s creditors as of October 31, 2025;
• the order of the Court of Ravenna dated March 13, 2026;
• the order of the Court of Ravenna dated May 13, 2026;
• the order of the Court of Ravenna dated June 4, 2026.

The Court of Ravenna, by order dated May 13, 2026, has scheduled the hearing for the approval of the simplified composition agreement for July 28, 2026, at 9:30 a.m.

Please note that the data for evaluating the simplified composition proposal may be obtained from the court-appointed expert, Prof. Dr. Luca Mandrioli.
